It kind of sucked but my kids had their new beds which was most important. Received my money and delivery fee refunded along with an extra $100 gift card for "my trouble" but at that point I had spent nearly four hours on the phone with them and an extra three weeks on an air mattress in a bed frame. I finally got a response when I posted a comment on one of their Facebook posts about it. I made another call where the agent legit hung up on me "accidentally" Those also go by without the return of my funds. Waited on hold for 45 minutes before I could speak to a live person who told me no one ever processed my "return" and so to expect the refund within another ten days. The refund did not come within the ten days as promised, so I called them. They had it in stock at my local store, but they wouldn't just let me go get it, I had to get a refund to my card for the bed and then go buy it again at the store and haul it home myself. I was so upset I could barely speak when I called them after discovering the missing mattress. This after I had spent almost two months on couches, pull out beds, and air mattresses. It was out of stock online, though no one called to tell me ahead of time. They showed up to deliver our new beds to a basically empty house after I left my ex-husband and they brought everything. I had a truly terrible experience with their delivery.
